Jose Mas Jr. leads the execution of Mas Alpha Securities’ investment strategy, overseeing investment research, portfolio management, and day-to-day operations. As Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer, he ensures disciplined capital deployment, operational excellence, and alignment with the fund’s long-term vision.
Prior to founding Mas Alpha Securities, Jose Mas successfully deployed $500M in luxury real estate developments and helped close $3 billion of accretive M&A deals for MasTec, inc.

Head of Partner Relations

Moises Jattin began his relationship with Mas Alpha Securities as a partner, gaining firsthand experience of the family dynamic that defines the firm. Today, as Head of Partner Relations, he brings that same perspective into his leadership.
Moises builds deep, long-term relationships with every partner, shaping a one-of-a-kind VIP concierge experience grounded in hospitality and alignment. Through Moises’ leadership, each partner is treated as part of the Mas Alpha Securities family, with a level of access, care, and attention designed to reflect a truly relationship-driven platform.

Chief Financial Officer

Gabriel “Gaby” Freire serves as Chief Financial Officer of Mas Alpha Securities, leading financial reporting, budgeting, and operational oversight across the management company and its portfolio investments. He works closely with portfolio company teams to implement financial discipline, strengthen controls, and build institutional quality reporting from the ground up.
Before joining Mas Alpha Securities, Gabriel spent nearly five years in financial planning and analysis at MasTec, a Fortune 500 company, supporting a $3 billion annual revenue segment across 100+ operating markets nationwide.
Having first engaged with Mas Alpha Securities as a partner, Gabriel brings a dual perspective that combines the rigor and scale of Fortune 500 financial operations with the hands-on demands of building systems and processes in an early-stage environment, reinforcing his focus on transparency, accuracy, and disciplined stewardship of partner capital.

Director of The MAS Partners Club

Mary deVenoge directs The MAS Partners Club at Mas Alpha Securities, where she oversees exclusive events, strategic relationship-building initiatives, and elevated partner experiences designed to strengthen the firm’s community.
Mary brings a strong foundation in hospitality and relationship management. Having first joined Mas Alpha Securities as a partner in the fund before stepping into her leadership role, she gained a unique firsthand perspective on the firm’s mission and vision. Her deep understanding of the MAS partner experience, combined with her background in hospitality and her belief that strong relationships are among the most valuable assets any community can build, enables her to deliver on her commitment to developing a partner network rooted in family, community, and lasting value.

Chief Marketing Officer

Isabella Katz serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Mas Alpha Securities, leading brand strategy, partnerships, and growth initiatives. She oversees marketing and communications to ensure a strong market presence aligned with the firm’s long-term investment vision.
Prior to joining Mas Alpha Securities, Isabella led marketing teams across a range of brands, including skincare, hospitality, and restaurant concepts, driving brand development, audience growth, and revenue. Her background also includes experience as a realtor and property manager, specializing in the Miami real estate market.
